Kool Kidz Team

Kool Kidz is made up of 4 core members of staff with additional assistants that join in with the fun!

Karen Broom is the manager and co-ordinator of Kool Kidz Parties Ltd and Kool Kidz Activities Ltd. Karen is BTec childcare qualified (NVQ Level 3), and first aid qualified;

Mark Broom is without doubt the FUN PROVIDER! He leads all children’s parties and is the Deputy Manager at Kool Kidz Camps. Mark has over 15 years experience of working with children. He has an NVQ Level 3 in Playwork and is also First Aid qualified.

Carl Rowland joined Kool Kidz in 2008 as a Play Leader and to work alongside Mark performing parties. Carl is currently working towards his NVQ Level 3 in Playwork. Outside of Kool Kidz Carl is a professional photographer.

Emma Birdsall recently joined Kool Kidz Camps as an EYFS Co-ordinator. (Early Years Foundation Stage.) Emma helps support all children under the age of 6. Outside of Kool Kidz Emma is a qualified Reception Teacher.
